Why don’t you list exact prices here?
Subscription prices are set through the App Store and can vary slightly by region and currency. Open the app to see the exact price for your storefront before you subscribe.
What happens if I go over the Free plan limits?
You can keep working. Drafts are always unlimited. Once you’ve sent 3 invoices or 3 estimates in a calendar month, sending another opens the option to upgrade. Nothing you’ve already sent is affected.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes, subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID the same way any App Store subscription is. Cancel or switch plans from Settings on your iPhone, or from the Manage Subscription screen inside Billow.
Is the payment processing fee separate from the subscription?
Yes. The platform fee (1% on Free and Pro, 0.5% on Unlimited) applies only to card payments your clients make through Billow, and comes out of your payout, never added on top of what the client pays. Stripe’s own processing fee is separate and can optionally be passed to the client.
What happens to my extra businesses if I downgrade?
They stay in your account but move to Free-plan limits until you upgrade again or bring the number of active businesses back within the new plan’s allowance.
